If you’re a fan of Two-Face and want to know all there is to know about this comic book, then you’ve come to the right place! This article is all about everything you need to know about the character, his appearances in other comics, and even the way he was depicted in the movies. It’s definitely a must-read for fans of the Batman franchise.
Judd Winick
Judd Winick’s Two-Face comic story has a different character and flavor than many other Batman stories. He’s written a number of Batman stories in recent years, including the five-issue Under The Hood arc and the Red Hood: Lost Days miniseries.
Harvey Dent was a successful lawyer who became obsessed with the concept of duality. He started staging crimes around the concept. This included the murder of Gilda McKillen in front of his sister Erin. However, he was unable to stop the McKillens from continuing their criminal activities.
Fernandez and Bellaire
Javier Fernandez and Jordie Bellaire are the duo behind the new Batman: One Bad Day: Two-Face one-shot. Their work is impressive. They present a Two-Face story that is both tragic and uplifting.
Both artists are known for creating realistic backgrounds, and it’s clear that they take pride in the way they depict their characters. The duality of good and evil is an old storytelling technique, and they explore it in a fresh and intriguing manner.
While the first issue of the series is largely a standard villain-centric comic, the second story features different perspectives on Harvey Dent. This allows the reader to gain a deeper understanding of his character.
Miller’s version of Harvey
The first time I heard of Harvey Miller, I thought he was an old-school lawyer with a knack for making things happen. In fact, he was a renowned bankruptcy attorney who spent his days at the big law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. His second home was in East Hampton, Long Island. He had a long career in the legal business, and his contributions to the community were not limited to the office.
Aside from his time in the legal field, Harvey was also an accomplished songwriter and recording engineer. He was nominated for an Oscar for his work on the 1980 film Private Benjamin.
Gilda
Harvey Kent was a brilliant district attorney in Gotham City. He became the criminal known as Two-Face. His wife, Gilda, was a former sculptor.
She was married to Harvey before he became Two-Face. Harvey’s mother was killed by a mobster named Anton Karoselle. When Harvey was arrested, he resorted to crime. It wasn’t until the end of his first year in jail that his condition improved.
After Two-Face was released from prison, he had reconstructive surgery. But his mental condition was too severe to allow him to go back to his normal life. Eventually, he was sent to the Arkham Asylum.
All-Star Batman #1
All-Star Batman is a superhero comic book. It’s the sequel to the series, All-Star Batman & Robin. The title is produced by DC Comics. Both books are written by Scott Snyder, a former writer of Batman comics. He’s teamed with artists including legendary Batman artist John Romita Jr. They’ve also included a backup series, drawn by Declan Shelvey.
All-Star Batman is a great comic book. It’s got plenty of action and thematic storytelling. There are some interesting out-of-character events as well. A great hook and clever plot have Batman and Harvey duking it out more than ever.
Batman: Curse of the White Knight
Batman: Curse of the White Knight is a comic book series set in a separate world than the main DC Comics universe. It features a Batman who has a secret identity and is trying to protect Gotham. The Joker and Azrael are also present, as they collaborate in a scheme to bring down Bruce Wayne.
Originally announced in September 2018, this story has since been released in monthly installments, and the last issue of the series is scheduled for March 25, 2020. As the creator of the series, Ryan Murphy has freedom to create his own take on the Batman mythos. This is a dark book that explores the concept of distrust of law enforcement and the current debates in the U.S.
Secret Origins Special (1989)
The Secret Origins Special is a reprint of seven stories originally published in Showcase, World’s Finest, Green Lantern, Detective Comics and World’s Finest. They feature characters with multiple origins, including Two-Face, Booster Gold, Martian Manhunter, Rocket Red and G’nort.
These stories are reprinted in the first seven pages of the Special before a new story begins. The Riddler is featured in the first page, followed by his origins and a short story featuring Grace Dent. In the next three pages, the two stories are linked together. This was a common trend in the Special, as it was used to discuss the changes happening in Batman comics.
